Cauliflower Pizza

Low Carb, No flour Pizza

INGREDIENTS
1½ cups (355 gms) of shredded cauliflower
1 ½ cups (355 gms) of shredded cheese
1 egg
3 teaspoon of flax seeds
½ tsp salt
½ tsp Italian herbs
1 Bell pepper
1 tomato
150 gms mushroom
300 gms Paneer

Cauliflower Crust with EGGS
In a bowl, add the raw cauliflower, cheese, eggs, salt, Italian herbs.
Mix all ingredients well and you will get a thick paste.
Transfer the contents to the center of the baking sheet and spread into a circle, resembling a pizza crust.
Bake for 15 mins, or until the crust is firm and turns golden brown.
Cauliflower Crust without EGGS
Fill a large pot with 2 cups of water, and bring it to boil.
Add the raw cauliflower cover and cook for 5 mins.
Drain into a strainer. Place it into a clean thin dish towel and let it cool down a bit.
Wrap it up, twist and then squeeze the excess moisture out. Repeat this step until no water comes out.
Preheat the oven to 450 degree Farenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix 3 teaspoon of water and ground flax seeds. Let it stay for 5 mins so that it will get thicken
In a medium bowl mix cauliflower, flax mixture, cheeses, salt, and Italian herbs. Mix well using your hands.
Transfer to the center of the baking sheet and spread into a circle, resembling a pizza crust.
Bake for 15 mins, or until the crust is firm and turns in to a golden brown color.
Directions
Once we prepared the Cauliflower crust.
In a pan, add some oil and saute onion, tomato, bell pepper, mushroom until the vegetables soften.
In a pan, add some ghee and spices and saute the paneer till its slightly roasted.
Take the crust out of the oven, then spread tomato sauce on the crust.
On top of that spread the ttgb shredded cheese.
And then spread the sauteed vegetables and fried paneer on top of the crust.
Bake for 15 mins and then take out of the oven.
Add desired toppings to your pizza and enjoy it!
Notes
* Variations: Instead of bell pepper, mushroom you can add any vegetables.
* Variations: Instead of paneer you can add any protein
** Nutrition tip: You can make the crust with or without eggs.
