In today's world, each and everyone's dream would be to look slim and fit. I would like to share my weight loss journey with you. My goal was to come out of my obesity range and become healthy. The first important step to losing weight is self-realization. First of all, I accepted that I was obese and overweight. I made a decision that I needed to work out every day to lose weight. Then I wrote my goal on the sticky notes(to lose 5 lbs) and stuck it on my Living room wall. T
